Canoe and Kayak hire - Terms & Conditions

Whilst on the river, participants must wear a buoyancy aid at all times.

Children who are 12 and under need to be accompanied by an adult (1 adult per child). Children who are 13 (but younger than 18) don't require the same ratio of adult:child supervision however experience level and weather conditions are all taken into consideration on a case to case basis.

Participants should always be considerate to other river users, for example, large tourist boats, other canoeists and fishermen.

Participants should only land at designated landing areas.

Do not leave litter on or around the river

Take care of equipment. We will have to seek payment for any lost or broken equipment. This does not include by fair wear and tear.

Any participants who appear to be under the influence of drink or drugs will not be allowed to use our boats and the final decision is ours.
